Looking at my reflection in the pool of thoughts and ideas, I felt a glow of hope spreading through my mind, fresh inspiration weaving new twists into old thoughts and drawing me away yet again from the shadow of sleep.
 
This original artwork uses a combination of acrylic paint, pastels and gold leaf on a 3.5cm deep gallery wrapped canvas. It is protected from dust and UV light by a thin layer of varnish. The artwork is signed on the front.
