As my thoughts drift back to earlier, simpler times, I look into the clear, cool water and remember the sensation of of the hot summer sun tingling on my skin before being temporarily quenched by the soothing embrace of those shaded ponds.
 
This original artwork uses a unique combination of acrylic and watercolour paints with pastels on a 3.5cm deep, gallery wrapped canvas. It is protected from dust and UV light by a thin layer of varnish. The sides of the painting are painted black, giving this artwork a highly contemporary finish. The painting is provided ready to hang and framing is not required.
