This small abstract piece is all about capturing a sense of the hot, humid atmosphere as a short summer storm passes by, and the brief sense of cool relief that come with the downpour.
 
This original artwork uses a unique combination of acrylic and watercolour paints and pastels on a 3.5cm deep, gallery wrapped canvas. It is protected from dust and UV light by a thin layer of varnish. The painting continues around the sides of the canvas, giving this artwork a highly unique and contemporary finish. Framing is not required.
