Mixed media using gold leaf on box canvas

This smaller, softer piece in the Exploration series heads back into the abstract realm. Heavily textured and hinting at sunshine breaking through mists, the reflections continually change with the lighting conditions!

This atmospheric, original artwork uses a unique combination of gold leaf, acrylic and watercolour paints and pastels on a 3.5cm deep, gallery wrapped canvas. It is protected from dust and UV light by a thin layer of varnish. The sides are painted black, giving this artwork a highly contemporary finish. Framing is not required. 

The artwork is signed on the frontand provided with a certificate of authenticity.
